Part of the @remotion/effects package.

Pin a canvas-based component by moving its four source corners.

The effect maps the input rectangle into the quadrilateral described by topLeft, topRight, bottomRight and bottomLeft.

API​

Pass an object with the following properties.

topLeft?​

UV coordinate of the output top-left corner as a [u, v] tuple. [0, 0] is the top-left of the source and [1, 1] is the bottom-right. Defaults to [0, 0].

topRight?​

UV coordinate of the output top-right corner. Defaults to [1, 0].

bottomRight?​

UV coordinate of the output bottom-right corner. Defaults to [1, 1].

bottomLeft?​

UV coordinate of the output bottom-left corner. Defaults to [0, 1].

disabled?​

When true, the effect is skipped. Defaults to false.

Requirements​

cornerPin() uses a WebGL2 backend. See Using WebGL and WebGPU during renders.
